Drill No.1: Lateral Shuffle
Purpose: Teaches players to stay low by bending your knees and keeping your hips low. It also focuses on moving quickly and staying on the balls of the feet.

Drill No.2: Relay Drill
Purpose: To practice quick and efficient relaying of the ball from the outfield to the infield for the play at the base.
