We have our hitters work on our own version of the BCS…..Balanced….Centered…Stacked.
BALANCED…start with a relaxed, balanced stance and maintain that balance through the swing to a balanced finish. You have to control yourself before you can control the bat.
CENTERED…..stay “in your legs”, don’t let your weight get too far back or too far forward…helps prevent lunging or leaking forward
STACKED….maintain good vertical posture, with the bill of the cap, the nose, the belly button and belt buckle stacked vertically. From this position, drive the back side through the ball, hips first, then hands.

I think these tips would cross over to my little brother and his senior league baseball bat. I’m going to show this to him, thanks!
