Purpose

Build hitting strength in the forearms and wrists

Set Up

  • Player can stand anywhere on the field with a weighted bat.

Instructions

  1.  Player holds bat straight out in front with the bat head pointing straight ahead
  2. Rotate the bat head around in small circles
  3. Increase the size of the circle with each repetition
  4. Do 10 repetitions each direction
Rotate the bat head around in a circle

  • Be sure players start small and then get bigger and bigger with their rotations
