Purpose
Build hitting strength in the forearms and wrists
Set Up
- Player can stand anywhere on the field with a weighted bat.
Instructions
- Player holds bat straight out in front with the bat head pointing straight ahead
- Rotate the bat head around in small circles
- Increase the size of the circle with each repetition
- Do 10 repetitions each direction

Coaching Tips
- Be sure players start small and then get bigger and bigger with their rotations
